LOE weirdness

So I was poking around the LOE section of my AADSAS app. I get to the page and it's already filled with some woman's name, address and contact info. I have no idea who this person is or why their info is on my app. I hit the "home" button, and it gives the usual "Are you sure you wanna leave this wonderful page?" message, I hit "yes." Then I get an email telling me that my request for a letter of reccomendation has been sent to this women whom I have never heard of!

It's kind of funny I guess, but will anything happen due to this lady never responding? My app can't be held up because of this?

1) Your application does not get held up due to LoE or DAT scores.

2) Call AADSAS, explain what happened, request to have it deleted.
