Logout problem

I cannot "Logout", when I do so, and confirm, I am still logged in. Anyone else having this problem and have solution?

Sorry it is on this forum, but I have emailed support twice with no answers. thank you.

Have you tried deleting your browsing history, clearing your cache, and/or deleting your cookies?

Have you tried picking up your laptop and shaking it vigorously like an Etch-a-Sketch?
