Looking for an example of a letter of recommendation from a dentist

The dentist that I shadowed for told me to write my own letter of recommendation. She said to write whatever it takes for me to get accepted. I've never done my own letter, so I was wondering if anyone has a template or an example of an excellent letter from a dentist. Any help would be appreciated. 🙂

i waived my rights to see it so cant help u there...but from my own perspective it should inlcude something about how deeply u love this profession...and something about ur grades or school work etc...

Sorry. I should've made myself more clear. I asked the dentist for a letter and she told me to write it myself and that she would sign it. Hope that clears things up.
