Looking for help, gastric bypass question

Thought this would be the best place to ask this question

I'm giving a case presentation on late anastamotic leaks after gastric bypass surgery (Roux-en-Y), and Ive having a difficult time finding articles on this. I can find stuff all day about new onset leaks, but I can only find very very little on late leaks. For example, the patient im doing it on started her leak 2 weeks out.

If anybody out there knows of articles or anything, please let me know
