You're correct that your stats are excellent, but you're underestimating your activities. Your research is exceptional - you have multiple publications, this will be a standout at schools that value that and for MD/PhD programs. Your clinical experience is also great. Your non-clinical is average (hint - don't lowball the numbers).
With a smart list you should have success; I wouldn't shy away from the big name research powerhouses as your application is well suited for them. But make sure to apply to all in-state schools and have mid-tiers and some safeties in there.
