Hello, I am a graduate of a top 25 US medical school who is doing a prelim IM year (PGY1) at a Northeastern academic program. I failed to match in a competitive specialty and I am looking for a PGY2 IM position at an academic program. I am most interested in FL, NC or the Southeast but I am open geographically. Any insight would be helpful!! Thanks
