I am utterly confused about how to SUBMIT Lor's. My professor is more than willing to write it, but when I look the AMCAS website they have it written that I'm going to have to provide the professor with both a Letter ID and my AAMC ID. I have my AAMC ID, however I've tried searching on the website but I have no friggin idea how to obtain the Letter ID.

Do I have to wait till application actually opens? If that is the case is it possible to just tell my professor to write a letter then seal it with a signature on the seal and when it comes time to send it off I can just do that?

I also have the same questions for TMDSAS. (Should I ask him to make a duplicate of the LOR for that system?)

When the application opens, you have to add the leyter writers in your application. Then you can generate a Letter Request Form and AMCAS will create a PDF of the form and the Letter ID unique for your professor so they can use use it. So yes, you have to wait till AMCAS 2017 opens to submit it.

Is there any way to submit LOR's or obtain them early? I'm going to meet with my physics professor on monday and I was wondering what to exactly tell him

Does the Letter ID need to be in his recommendation as soon as he writes it, or do I just put the letter ID on the envelope (can I just write it on the letter). Does this work the same way with interfolio, as I know for that you put the letter ID at the end

There are other services (e.g., Interfolio) that you can submit the letters to that will then allow you, I believe, to submit the letter to AMCAS when the application opens. However, those services cost an additional fee which may not be worth it for a single letter.

Your best bet is to probably ask the professor to go ahead and write the letter and tell him/her that the letter will need to be submitted in May. When the application opens, provide the information your professor and he/she can submit it then.
