I may be completely mistaken but I thought that Interfolio and VirtualEvals (only available at a preprofessional advisement office) were the only two allowed by AMCAS

Why not just have the doctor send the letter straight to AMCAS once the application opens?
Why are you getting a physician letter to begin with? Are you applying DO?

interfolio is pretty good. Recently i just emailed the interfolio LOR request form by email, my writers printed it out and sent the letter with the form, and it's on file on my interfolio account. Now just waiting till app season 👍

Nope you can only ignore them. If you feel someone is harassing you, you can use the "Repost post" button on one of their harassing posts and moderators will take a look at the situation.Isn't there a way for me to block them completely - like on Facebook? That way they can't see my posts and I can't see them.
I have a quick question, if I gonna use interfolio, how long will my LORs stay valid in the interfolio system? Will AAMC accept LORs that are written and stored in interfolio one year ago??
Thanks!
Thanks!
Yeah I think AAMC accepts only Interfolio and nothing else, so my question is answered.
By the way, if I add someone to my "ignore list" can they see my posts and it is only I who cannot see theirs?

Letters should stay stored in interfolio as long as you pay them to keep your account open. I'm not sure what the general advice for age of LORs is, but a one year old LOR isn't going to be an issue.

As long as you have an active account ($19/year). After that, I think your letters remain on their server for 5 years before they're deleted. AMCAS doesn't care how old your letters are, but medical schools may.
