Hi,
My PI asked me to write a rough draft of a LOR, after which he said he would edit, sign and submit it. This is the first time that I have ever written an LOR for myself. Naturally, not only do I feel hard-pressed to produce a STRONG letter for myself, but I fear that I might write something that my PI finds to be cringeworthy or downright untrue (That is, untrue from his perspective but not objectively false). Would someone with experience in this area be willing to assess the language and strength of the letter?
