LOR problem

Hi all, I submitted my ERAS application on Sept. 2nd with 2 LOR from my surgery rotation, 1 from medicine, and 1 from ICU. However, my ICU letter was from a surgeon so that gave me 3 LOR from surgeons and 1 from medicine. An Anesthesiologist recently offered to write me one so I wa wondering if i should remove one of the other LOR and add this one. However I don't think the Anesthesia letter would stronger than my others.

If i decided to add his LOR how would I do that considering I already submitted my app with 4 LORs? Thanks!

I think it would be better to at least have one from anesthesia as that is the field you are applying to.

Just my opinion, others may feel differently and probably know more as I am also just applying now.
