LOR quality

Most likely, I will have 1 LOR (science) that is weak, 2 LOR that is average to high average level and most likely not really that strong (research), and another 2 LOR that will be strong (science + nonscience). Assuming I have a good application elsewhere including grades, MCAT, and extracurricular activities, with average essays, how does having 1 weak science LOR and 2 mid level LOR appear? I must note that I am confident they will all be positive.

Why don't you work on getting better letters? Work on building rapport with the people who know you? You can't really control the strength of these letters so it's somewhat a moot point to ask about it now. Weak letters at best do nothing, and at worst will hurt you because adcoms could question your judgement in sending them. Why do you think these letters would be weak?
