Hey guys,

Been interning at a practice with 2 docs and a PA-C. When writing they asked me if it would be acceptable that all of them sign it (including the office manager because I spent time in back office in billing). Is this normal practice or just stick to the main doc writing/signing it and writing in first person vs 3rd? I think it would be fine because of committee letters but didn't know if there was a formality with these things. Thanks!

its totally fine. I had a couple letters with more than one signature. When you have a committee letter all of the rules pretty much go out the door. Even if you didn't have one, you could just use any of the signers as the main author.

don't worry about it at all. The extra signatures might make your letter seem more significant to some adcoms. I'd say its a good thing.
