I am applying for Fall '09 to basically all PharmCAS schools and had a question regarding the LOR... let's say I got LOR's from my organic teacher and 2 pharmacists. What I was wondering is if I don't get accepted this year, I'd have to get them all to write me new LOR's for next year correct?

My worries are that.. yes, currently I talk to my orgo teacher and ask him question in office hours and after class, but what about a year from now? Maybe he'll have trouble remembering me and how I did in his class. Is there any way to have the LOR now ready for next year's admission cycle or no? Thanks

Most of the time they keep the letter on file and quick fix it. Also, see your professor once or twice a semester to say hello and they'll remember you.

Last, focus on getting in this year so this problem doesn't exist. =)

Just let them know the situation - that you'll need a LOR but not submit it for a year or two so just ask them to keep it saved on their computer so they can send it out later.

i think i will probably have that kind of problem too... but reapplying applicants need 2 LORS than 3 LORS? that would be somewhat better. but you should probably try and keep contact with them
