are we supposed to submit actual letters of recommendation to pass or just have our evaluators submit the e-form?

Either the e-form or you can print out a LOR matching form and have them write a physical letter. Either is acceptable but the e-form method seems 100x better.

i'm a little confused how it works. basically i approach my faculty i am requesting the LOR from, and then what? how do they know where to actually submit it electronically? do i need to get their email address first and then PASS will send them the E form? and how does it work with non-faculty? i wanted to ask for an LOR from a dentist who doesnt teach, does he just click off "not affiliated with any of schools below"?
