So I have begun asking for LOR's from professors, etc

How do I get them now? Do I have them write and put in envelope and mail in once the application cycle starts?

Or is there a way that I can submit them NOW through ADEA?

Wow! Great that you're starting early to ask your professors. Does your university have a committee that makes composite letters? I think dental schools prefer this, but I got mine individually and used Interfolio. Your professors upload their letters through the service and you can send them to AADSAS from Interfolio.
