When you go to get LORs (letters of recommendation) what do you tell them when they ask what they should write about you?

2) maturity

4) empathy
5) leadership


What else?

context of your relationship (boss, PI, professor, etc)

specific examples or details about you - avoid bland generalizations

comparison of how you stack up with other students/workers

potential for excellence in medicine
