Are letters of recommendation sent with the primary or secondary?

They aren't sent WITH the application; they're sent by your recommendors to each school individually and they're to be sent after the school invites you to do so.

Only for TCOM, which uses TMDSAS instead of AACOMAS, would you send LOR's with the primary. All others are with the secondaries.

Sorry, I mean't because I am using Interfolio and currently waiting for some LOR's from my professors.
