guys...quick question about lors...how do we know when eras has received our letters...did u guys apply with all your letters in ? can we apply with no letters in yet ? thanks
If you check status of your application, under that there is a document link which will show all of your files which have been received and which are pending. It's definitely possible to apply without your letters in though I don't know whether some programs wait til they are all in before offering interviews or not.

Submitting your Application (i.e. your CAF), applying to programs, assigning LoRs and PS to programs, and those LoRs being scanned and uploaded into the ERAS PostOffice are ALL separate events.
You must have submitted your CAF before you can apply to programs, but you can apply with NO letters and then assign them when they come in (or whenever).
When your letters are in ERAS, they will appear as "Documents that are in the PostOffice" in the ADTS. G'luck.
