It's kind of frustrating to me that all the schools have so many different requirements regarding lor's, but would I be fine at most schools if I had:

1 DO letter
1 Sci professor letter
1 Nonsci professor letter

Anybody think I need more than this?

You might want to look into getting a second science professor. Some schools (the LECOM's for example) want 2 science professors and a D.O. and others (i.e. Nova) want 2 science, 1 nonscience, and a D.O./M.D.

Two letters that I wish someone would have told me about before I started the applications cycle:

-Dean/Advisors LOR
-Liberal Arts/Non Science LOR

Other than that you should be fine.

All of the LOR requirements are listed on the individual school's website and also in the CIB on the AACOM website.

It depends on the school. Some will specifically say they want a letter from a prof. who "has taught the applicant." Check the website or secondary e-mails, it would say there.
