Low MCAT 506 high GPA, cGPA 3.94, sGPA 4.0

I'm a Texas resident, MCAT is 506 and my cGPA is 3.94, BCPM GPA is 4.0. Major in biochemistry. I apply to all the MDs school in Texas and so far I only have one interview at UTMB and silent from all other medical schools. So I'm just wondering what is my chance to get into MD schools in Texas. So many of my friends already have ii linings up from other schools

URM community: Asian born in Vietnam and come to the U.S, first-generation in college.
Research for 3 years with 2 publications as 2nd author
Working as a tutor for 4 years
Volunteer within Harris Health system with 300 hours
Chemistry tutor with 200 hours
Reward includes SURF program and dean list
Now I'm working as a scribe with 400 hours.
EC: Run multiple full and half marathons and played the piano
Taking 1.5 years off to take care of my grandfather so now I'm applying to medical school

The Texas schools like high GPA's so you should receive more interviews.
