hurts when i sprint, put my head down, stretch. Been having this ever since i joined the track and field team. maybe cuz im running too hard. Also one time it REALLLY hurted after o played baskeball. Whats wrong with me?? how should i Heal?

Did you join SDN just to seek medical advice? All 4 posts you have made to this board have inquired about your health. Not to mention your username. You should go to a doctor and get an exam - we can offer you no assistance here. First off, most of us are students of some sort (residents, med students, or pre-meds). Second, we cant give you advice without physically examining you. So just go see a doctor, this forum is not meant to give medical advice.
