Lowest CS encounter(s) dropped?

Hi,
I just took step 2 CS and have heard rumors that, of the 12 encounters, 1-2 of the lowest performances are dropped. Is this true?

Also, of the ICE, are the Patient Notes actually weighted more than the Data Gathering section?

Thanks so much for any help. That test was horrible. Especially since I'm going into path and haven't seen a patient in 6 months...

it's one of those things that one will never know. the best way to approach it is to think that NONE will be dropped; but i know students use this to calm themselves after a few rough cases, use a shot of tequila instead.
