Just received my prescriptions in the mail today from express scripts.

Under side effects: Call your doctor for medical advice about side effects. You may report side effects to the FDA.

WOW! I guess mail order is too busy to take calls from patients...

I am currently working for a mail order pharmacy in California and I respectfully disagree. I truly believe our pharmacist here cares about the patients. The company I work for is Prescription Solutions

Then why does it take 48-72 hours to get someone on the phone when I call any mail-order pharmacy?
