If you are planning on doing loads of moving around, put down an address where you know mail can be delivered and checked for you. I was traveling and used my Mum's address even though I hadn't lived at home for years. It was pretty easy for her to check my mail and call me with good news. Worst case scenario, rent a mailbox and have your mail sent there if you can get to the mail box and check it regularly.
You don't want to risk the changes not getting through or mail that is caught "between the crack" that might have an important deadline. Just figure out an address where your mail can be checked daily (by you or another reliable person) and use that one. Changing addresses after submission can be troublesome as sometimes things get delayed. This is one time you don't want any delays. You have to meet and exceed every deadline.
