The RSNA (Radiological Society of North America) annual meeting is the largest (actually it's the largest medical meeting in the world). In the past few decades, it has always been held in Chicago, for about a week, often at the end of November, beginning of December.
Other meetings include the ARRS meeting, AUR meeting, ACR meeting (not a scientific meeting). Also the subspecialties of radiology all have their own meetings throughout the year.
