I hate how every pharmacy school has their own unique set of prerequisites. Some schools favor Microeconomics, and some only accept Macroeconomics. Three-credit hour Calculus classes are good for this school, but you have to take five-credit hour Calc class for that one. You have to take Speech!--no, Psychology! Or is it United States or Texan History??
In this case I really do wish it was like applying to medical school in that there is a list of basic prereqs (gen chem, bio, orgo, physics, english). I calculated every single prereq's credit hour and translated them to my school and found out it would take 3-4 years (without summer sessions) to complete. And that's still no bachelor's degree!! 😡
