I'm looking for a few good books...

As one who is "trying" to get prepared for upcoming interviews, I was wondering if anyone has recently read any interesting and thought-provoking books on the subjects of managed care and medical ethics??

Any suggestions?

I think Dr. Jerome Kassirer in The New England Journal of Medicine, ?Doctor Discontent? (339:21 1543-4)sums up the situation quite nicely.
