I am a medical student and am very into surgery. The problem is I dont have the steadiest hand. What field in surgery requires the least amount of manual dexterity? I know alot of people will say dont go into surgery if you don't have a steady hand but I really can't see myself doing anything else.

I think there are ample threads on this toic in the forum, do a search.

Are we talking fine motor tremor only noticeable when under stress or major dystonia?

As noted above, there are lots of threads about this. Everyone has a tremor, the trick is being able to control it - either with positioning, practice or medication.
