Manual transmission of scores

I am yet to take step 3 and do not want my scores to be automatically transmitted.

Where should I make that selection in ERAS profile?

Is it this one under DOCUMENTS TAB>USMLE Transcript

USMLE Release Permission
Initial release instructions:

Do you authorize the ECFMG to transmit your USMLE transcript to designated programs?
Yes
No

Select Yes if you want your examination results sent to the programs as you designated in the Programs section.
Select No if you do not want your examination results sent to the programs you designated.

I am worried if selecting NO here would prevent transmission of my Step1 & CK scores to the programs.

There is no longer any automatic transmission option. There is only manual transmission. The question above simply asks if you want to send your transcript now. You will need to resend it in the future if you want to. This is a change this year (read the changes to ERAS section of the documentation)
