Kaiser is competitive for the sole fact it's located in California in my opinion. Not sure about the training but heard it's a decent place to work as an attending.

Really no idea about the quality of the training (I tend to tell people that if a place is too cushy, it's bad for your overall preparedness), but most the attendings I know who are there, really like working at Kaiser.
