So I feel like I may have done this wrong. I had my committee letter packet uploaded and then a couple of weeks later had a physician upload a separate letter. I matched the physicians letter to the committee letter. I feel like I was not supposed to do this?

I believe that, unless you wanted that physician letter to be included in the committee letter, it should have been under its own distinct letter request

That's very wrong. Now they'll get two letters marked as "committee letter", one of which isn't your committee letter.

I believe that, unless you wanted that physician letter to be included in the committee letter, it should have been under its own distinct letter request

I mean im fine with it being in there.

I don't think so - assuming your secondaries portals say letters received, then they got what they needed!
