Does anyone know an easy way to do logs. I know how to do common one like log 100 is 2 but what about log of 2= .3 Anyone?
Thanks

I remember at Kaplan they teach you to memorize the more common ones like log 2,3,4,5.

I do remember I never got a question on either MCAT that I took that I had to do anything with logs.

you wont need to know it but in the off chance you did just remember that Log(1)=0, Log(10)=1 and that the Log(x) is exponentially increasing.

remember it like this,

log x = n then x = 10^n

log x = 1 then x = 10
log x = 2 then x = 100
log x = 3 then x = 1000
