So my question may be odd but...I took Calc I and II as a Junior in High School through a local community college. I also took the AP Calc Test (AB) and scored a 4. I am now a junior in college with plans to apply to med school next year (not this june, but next). I have also taken statistics (AP and at NYU). Does anyone think that I should retake Calc since I took it at a community college in high school, or am I wasting my time? I received A grades in Calc I and II, Stats, etc...

I think you're ok, but you should be a very smart consumer in looking at requirements at the med schools to which you'll apply. Each med school owns its own requirements. Don't rule out any schools that list a math or calc requirement, but then be very proactive about confirming that you've met that requirement (or not) as the season progresses.

Coursework taken while you're in high school can be rejected, as can AP tests, by any school. This tends to not come up until after you get accepted somewhere - they're not going to do an audit of your transcripts until it's worth the time. If you get contacted about a missing requirement, I'd immediately wave your statistics course and get it approved as an exception. Worst case, the school of your dreams will make you take another college course to meet a hard requirement, the summer before you start med school. Not likely.

Definitely don't retake any calc, and be ready to argue if a med school claims you have to - offer an alternative. Try to find something marginally useful such as quantitative methods or modeling or more stats. But again, I think this is unlikely to come up.

I wouldn't take it before applying to medical school. It's a waste of time. However, during the application cycle, confirm with schools if they will require you to re-take (some school don't accept cc classes, some don't accept classes taken while in high schools and yet other won't accept AP credit). During the interview stage, you can check with the school to see if they require you to re-take it. If so, take it again after you are accepted.

P.S. - this is in the wrong forum. You're not a non-trad (someone who had another career and is now considering medicine). This probably belongs in the pre-allo forum.
