How does the math section in the Kaplan book compare to the PCAT in June???

In PCAT, I found more than 5 questions about triangle, sin, cos and tan, which I've already forgot in high school.
The questions are tough and long, sometims with graph and chart and hard to understand, however the math in Kaplan is my middle school level........So I was shock in the exam, and just guest the answer looks correct. I thought I will fail Math, but I got 88%, not too bad.(I was plan to get 100% to balance my horrible verbal, Kaplan misleaded me actually)
sometimes plug in the answer into questions is much faster than do it from the beginning, 0 or 1 is always a good answer when you see long equation, that's all I found in the june PCAT
( I believe they hire a chinese teacher to write math, a lot traps and exam technique you have to know instead of ability to use equations, and some of them I think I've saw in my tough high school math exam in China, lol)
