I was wondering if anyone had a list of the most commonly seen separation and purification techniques and maybe the explanations of them as well? Thanks!

Meaning like the different types of chromatography in terms of size and charge etc.?

I think Kaplan does a good job on this. Take a look at their biochem and Orgo books and you should be good if you've taken the lab courses and are familiar with them.

If you look online the AAMC lists them. But Kaplan has them listed pretty thoroughly as well. Check Khan!
