My CARS score was 125. Brought my MCAT score down. My question is: Do schools look at individual scores, or just the total score. Is a lower CARS going to make any difference?

It is not possible to predict with precision.
Some latitude is allowed for CARS when the applicant is ESL, though.

A 125 is not lethal at many schools, but it will be school-specific.

Also saying, some programs will look at it, usually in the context of the rest of your application.
