I know, I know, I know, this type of question has been repeated so, so many time already on this site and Reddit. But I wanted to make a poll here (the MCAT forum doesn't seem to get a lot of responses) and switch up my studying (15 w out) based on your responses (and hopefully help others.

This thread is sort of panicked because my friends told me they weren't taking MCAT classes and all of a sudden I find out theyre taking them lol, so if a mod wants to move/delete this thread I understand (hopefully after I get some responses plz)

There are people who take $3500 classes, spend a year studying, and score 10 points lower than someone who studied for a month and didn't take any classes.

There are English majors who don't do well on CARS. Bio majors who don't do well on Bio. Psychology majors who don't do well on soc. And chemisty majors who don't do well in C/P.

Stop trying to psychoanalyze this so much and focus on what YOU need to focus on. Be true to yourself. Own your weaknesses, don't be in denial about them.

Come back to this post a year after you take your MCAT and you'll cringe at. yourself because these kinds of posts don't do anything.

It all depends on what you think you need. If you don’t remember a lot of information from your prerequisites or it’s been some time since you took them, best do a thorough review, and the time it takes to do so will vary depending on time studying per day.

Nevertheless, I would recommend doing at least 6 FL after comprehensive content review, and most importantly, do NOT take the exam until you feel 100% ready, that score is yours forever!
