For one of the schools that I was planning to apply to, I just found out that, according to the MSAR data, my MCAT score will be too old to be officially considered...by less than two weeks. I'm planning to reach out and ask them about this, but wondered if anyone had any personal experience with cases like this and whether there was any sort of leniency. maybe they consider my application, but make me retake the MCAT again before getting an official acceptance? (maybe I'm overly optimistic)

Luckily this situation only applies to one of the schools on my list, so not a huge deal either way. Thanks!

Two weeks? I'd say it would depend on whether the cutoff decision was made by a person or by an algorithm.

Update & FYI :

I called the University of Maryland & they said they would take any 2017 MCAT (contrary to what is listed on MSAR)
