What time did you wake up on the day that you took the MCATs? I'm trying to plan my sleep adjustment schedule, and I want to know what my target-time will be for April 16th.

I fell asleep around 4 am and woke up around 7 am. Don't let the nerves get to you.

Yeah, seriously...it really won't matter so much how much sleep you get the night before. Try to relax, but ultimately, your adrenaline will be flowing - you won't need to rely on good rest to do well.
