Did anyone else have form BN on the MCAT? What were your general sentiments about the sections (PS, BS, & VR)?

i had BN. general sentiment is that content was considerably more difficult than AAMC practice material. hoping the curve will compensate.

Ps: Average, nothing really impossible. But I still had trouble finishing this section

VR: Typical stuff, but I finished it.

BS: Really hard, some of the most difficult bio questions I have ever seen. I went through all of BIO 1001 book and there was nothing in the book as hard as in the test.

What kind of topics showed up on form BN? I am wondering if it is similar to the version that I had.

I had form BN as well. I thought the physical sciences was tougher than the other two. I think it was the time i took. I think I filled in one without looking at the Qs but the first pendulum question, because it was totally new, threw me off a bit. Then the VR... the first threw me off with the Spanish traders and Oriental porcelian. i got through it just in the nick of time. The BS... I totally dunno how I did. It was tough but I didn't think I bombed it. I remember a lot of the questions, only because I wrote some of them down after each section (don't ask me why) but I just doodled them when i was chillin. ask away.

I though physical was ok.......verbal harder than normal........bio had a lot of orgo......felt okay just not really what I was expecting

I had BN, too. I felt ok with the PS section. As for verbal, I had a rough start, but the rest felt ok. I can't seem to judge how I do on the verbal section - have to wait and see. Bio was strange. None of the practice tests from Kaplan or EK were quite like it. It seemed more like a verbal reasoning section. On some passages with bio subjects I had never seen, I was initially very discouraged, but calming down and learning what I could from the test helped alot. I really want to know my score, this 60 day wait is a bit much.
