I would reccomend checking out the MCAT forum, but from my experience only the most fundamental ones
V=IR, F=MA, F=Kqq/r^2 F=GMm/r^2, W=F*D (notice how those two equations look almost identical, the MCAT loves questions which link to concepts). U=MGH, there are probably a few more

Really the only ones that have to be memorized are the ones that are so common you should probably already have them memorize

I memorized my physics class formula sheets. Given that it was probably too many, but I rather know more than less when it comes to physics
