I purchased 10 MCAT FL practice tests through Altius. I was improving at first but for some reason my scores started to decline. Why is this happening? Is it normal? I'm feeling discourage. Inputs please!

You also need to keep in mind that your third company scores are just for learning. Altius is heavy on the analysis and each of their exams concentrated on different material to show you your weaknesses.
From my own experience, I used 5 of Altius exams and my scores varied so much. From as low as a 508 to as high as 515. And there wasn't an increasing trend either. They are more difficult than even the section bank IMO. After doing Altius, my lowest SB score was an 81 in C/P.
So don't be discouraged, and just make sure you're learning from your exams as indicated by @MCATKINGS. You should be learning how to analyze the science passages in detail.
