Do you mean Princeton Review prep in general? I had a very good experience with the online review prep, which will be the same for anyone no matter where in the country. Its great because you get to choose which material you need to study and when you want to study it.

I meant the in-class prep course, but I was also thinking about the self-paced online course TPR offers as well. I'd appreciate any advice. How long do you have access to the online classes and resources? Did it prepare you well for the exam, etc.?
Absolutely prepared me for the exam, although I recommend supplementing ANY course you take with the Khan Academy MCAT psychology videos offered on their website and youtube.
You can access the online course for a year, and I only used it for about a month...the videos are really really good, ESPECIALLY the Bio/Biochem vids.
