For those of you who have taken any prep courses and/or have already taken the MCATs what course best prepares you for the test ( most similar to actual tests)

What are the main differences between Kaplan and Princeton Review? Are there other less known or local prep courses that are more beneficial? (Particularly, in the Richmond, VA area) Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

You are better off asking people in your area about the classes, because courses vary in quality from location to location based on teachers. You might hear one course is best from someone at SDN who took a class in Chicago, but in your area it's the exact opposite.

Also, there are a few threads here at SDN that will help answer your question if you search using just a couple key words.

The following link is for Berkeley Review, which isn't an option at your location, but you can still use it as a yardstick to help measure the other courses.

Berkeley Review

Good luck!
