Mcat prep help

Hi I took the mcat back in April and got a 497
So I'm planning to retake for the January test
Was wondering if I can get some help to start fresh and hopefully score well
I am planning on using the Princeton review books
The biochem/bio,gen Chem, ochem , physics , and psych books
As well as watching all of khan academy videos
The AAMC question bank questions
The two sample tests
Try to squeeze in next step full length 4,5
And examkrackers full length 1 and 2
I'm starting September 1st
How does this sound?
Any tips ? Should I add or take out something?
I need the most feedback I can get please

Also when doing the content from the books and videos what is the best way to make sure I've retained what I just did?
