So how did everyone study for it? How long a day for how many weeks/months to get a solid score? Would you recommend Kaplan or Princeton review ?

I used the Exam Krackers books which I thought were really great. I would say I studied on average about 1-2 hours a day for maybe a month. It was more clustered than that though, would be like 4-5 hours once ever few days, that kind of thing. I didn't take a review class from Kaplan or TPR so I can't make a recommendation on that.

I also took the practice tests on http://www.e-mcat.com/ which I thought accurately reflected the questions I had on the real MCAT.

This is the big question.

I have friends who study 10 hours a day and have been doing so for 3 months (going into the august exam). Other have studied for a few hours a day for a month now going into the exam.

Personally, i get 2 hours in a day, 5 times a week. It will be for 2 months or so come exam time.....

So i guess the answer is.... it all depends.....

Im hoping most people are like me.... the people that put 10 hours a day in scare me.... make me feel like i'm ganna do bad... who knows... maybe i am... we'll find out. I know that i, personally, can not put in 10 hours a day without wearing myself thin.
