If i want to reschedule the MCAT and pay the $50 fee within the closing registration date and everything, is there a limit on how far back I can push the rescheduled date? (ie, a year?)

I just rescheduled and I had the option to switch to a date for which registration has started and there is seat available.

So I guess if you want to push it back to next year, which registration hasn't open for them yet, you need to cancel your date and sign up again, when registration open. I guess that means you only get a portion get refunded to you and have to pay again next time you register.

You might wanna email aamc just to make sure.

Unfortunately, I believe there is. Your fee is only valid for this test cycle. 🙁 You'll most likely have to stomach the cancellation fee if you want to re-take it next year. Don't worry though, on the bright side, the MCAT fee will be a drop in the bucket when compared to your medical school costs! 🙂

Uhhh, oops. I guess that doesn't really make you feel better. 😕

Good luck man. I hope everything works out for you!

I want to take the MCAT on May 28th for a lot of reason but I cant find an open seat. What should I do??? I live in NJ and am willing to travel. I checked NJ,NY,Conn, and PA but nothing is available!!

Can I contact the testing center directly and ask them to accomodate me?
