I recently applied to several MCAT tutoring companies (>90th percentile on MCAT, ~95th on one section and >90th on another) and have already heard back from one. I like teaching and have a lot of teaching experience, so this looks like a good job. Would like some advice, as there aren't really any recent threads on this topic. I'm trying to be a little vague here, so sorry.
Anyone here an MCAT tutor for one of the big companies? At this point I don't feel completely comfortable freelancing.
Tips for the "audition?"
What kind of salary did you ask for? I have an idea of what tutors say they make, and I don't want much, but I don't want to lowball or look greedy.
Any other helpful advice?
Feel free to PM me. Thanks a lot.
