Does anyone know how many you can miss out of 40 questions and still score a 12 for the Verbal section?

    my own little world
sounds right, I hit 11 on 2 sample AAMC tests with 35/40 and then 12 on another AAMC test with 35/40, presumably everyone who actually took that AAMC old test did a little worse. An earlier one I took was a 10 VR with 33/40.

My highest practice verbal was a 12 and then I got a 12 on the real deal. I missed 4 on the practice part so I'm assuming that's about what I missed on test day, as long as I wasn't taking the same test a bunch of people did horrible on since all the scores are curved.
