Physics 2? As in electromagnetism/electrostat/etc.? There are worse things for you to skip. For what it's worth, most people at my school (a mid-major in terms of academics--apparently we're a new Ivy...) take the MCAT three-quarters of the way through during Physics 2.
Again, if you review hardcore and remember what you did in high school (especially if you took AP), that should be sufficient. If you skipped a year of physics, then you might have a problem...
